I am a licensed psychotherapist with extensive experience guiding the wellness journey of people of all ages. I have a knack for curating safe and creative spaces for folks who show up for everyone else, and struggle to show up for themselves; those who feel unheard and unappreciated; and those who are challenged with embracing their true selves in a society that offers competing perspectives of who they should be. I work from a strength-based model that encourages folks to identify core strengths and set attainable goals. My therapy approach is culturally sensitive and adaptive. I often practice art therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and solution-focused therapy, and I’ll always adjust to what works best for clients. I believe that everyone deserves a nonjudgmental and supportive space to cry, release, discover, rediscover, and heal. It’s my privilege to hold that space for clients.
