Hello, I’m Sarah Russ, a licensed therapist at Eye in Me, LLC, specializing in short-term EMDR sessions. I am clinically licensed in Maryland, Washington, D.C., Virginia, and New York, and I’m passionate about supporting adults as they navigate life’s challenges.

You may ask, what is EMDR Therapy? EMDR [Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing] is a type of therapy that uses dual bilateral stimulation through eye movements, taping or sound in order to support healing from trauma or other distressing life experiences, along with reducing the intensity of the symptoms present in anxiety, depression or phobias.
