We are an Out-of-Network (OON) provider. While insurance companies might know your name and member ID, they do not know you. They don’t see your progress. They only see your data. By remaining out-of-network, we keep the "middleman" out of your therapy room.How Reimbursement Works:
Pay Upfront
You pay the full session fee (or copay... See the next section for details) at the time of service.Get a Superbill
If your treatment meets the clinical criteria for a diagnosis, we provide a Superbill (a specialized receipt that can be sent to your insurance).Get Reimbursed
We can process this (see details in next section), or you can submit this to your insurance to recoup a percentage of your money back.
Modern Reimbursement with Thrizer
We’ve partnered with Thrizer to take the headache out of paperwork. Depending on your therapist’s licensure, your path to reimbursement looks like this:For Fully Licensed Clinicians:
Thrizer Direct: Once your deductible is met, you only pay your co-pay/co-insurance. Thrizer pays us our full fee and waits for the insurance check so you don’t have to.
For Clinicians Under Supervision:
Self-Upload: You pay the fee upfront. You can use Thrizer’s platform to easily upload your Superbill for a faster, tracked reimbursement process.

Important Note on Fees: Thrizer is free to use for Superbill uploads before you meet your deductible. Once met, they may charge a small fee depending on how fast you want your reimbursement. You always have the option to upload Superbills to your insurance portal directly for free.
